Create a Concept and Preliminary Design with client to formulate a brief.
Prepare layout drawings for approval, together with all relevant E & M and architectural plans.
Prepare related documentations for tendering.
Stage 4
Evaluation of Tenders.
Stage 5
Contract Execution.
These stages can be flexibly executed to suit client requirements.
